1. Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management 供應商開發與采購管理
Your Profile
任職要求
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms aligned with customer expectations.
- 識別并評估新供應商；根據客戶需求談判價格及合同條款
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, and our headquarters in Germany.
- 與德國總部、客戶及供應商保持緊密溝通
- Manage supplier selection, request for quotations (RFQs), quotation analysis, and supplier recommendations.
- 負責供應商篩選、詢價、報價分析及供應商推薦
- Oversee new product development from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- 跟進新產品從立項到量產的全過程，確保項目按期完成
- Manage sample requests, production scheduling, and day-to-day project tasks.
- 管理樣品申請、生產計劃及日常項目執行
- Coordinate approvals for artwork, quotations, packaging, pre-production, and golden samples.
- 協調圖稿確認、報價樣、包裝樣、試產樣及金樣等階段性審批流程
- Track production progress, working closely with factories to minimize delays and risks.
- 密切跟蹤工廠生產進度，降低延期和質量風險
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues during production or inspections.
- 與 QA/QC 團隊配合，及時處理生產或質檢中的問題
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and to standard.
- 帶領跨部門團隊完成目標，激發團隊積極性與責任感
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of internal and external communications.
- 確保內外部信息傳遞準確、清晰
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- 專業、及時地回應客戶詢問、反饋與投訴
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing or project management in consumer electronics (e.g., cases, holders, cables, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, or smartphone accessories)
- 至少3年消費電子行業（如保護殼、支架、線材、移動電源、藍牙音箱或手機配件等）采購或項目管理經驗
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive accountability and high performance
- 有成熟的領導能力與團隊管理經驗，能有效推動項目和團隊績效
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a fast and logical mindset
- 思維敏捷，具備邏輯性強的分析和解決問題能力
- In-depth knowledge of the smartphone accessories market and electronic product sourcing
- 熟悉手機配件市場和電子產品供應鏈
- Professional, proactive, and committed work attitude
- 工作態度積極、專業、富有責任感
- Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure
- 優秀的時間管理能力，能在壓力下保持高效表現
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 英語聽說讀寫流利
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 熟練使用Microsoft Office 辦公軟件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
- College degree or above
- 本科及以上學歷
