1、Counsel students and parents with information of university admissions process, trends, procedures and admissions testing.

2、Provide group sessions and individualized counselling for families from grades 6 to 12 with advice on career development and academic pathways.

3、Update school profile and counseling handbook collaboratively.

4、Support students through application reviews and submission, university essay support, career planning and finding fit universities.
在大學(xué)申請審核和提交、大學(xué)論文支持、職業(yè)規(guī)劃和尋找合適的大學(xué)等方面對學(xué)生進行支持幫助
5、To be familiar with application processes for universities worldwide and to guide students through proper completion of application systems.

6、Ensure accurate student records in university application systems and to maintain accurate, up-to-date records of admission decisions, statistics and data.

7、Write counselor recommendations for G12 students and for younger students (Summer School) and support the teacher recommendation process by sharing timelines and providing guidance as needed.

8、Support final admissions processes for students upon release of IB/ALEVEL results during the summer holiday, liaising with the Director of University Counselling and IBDP/CAIE Coordinator as appropriate.
在暑假期間IB/ALEVEL成績公布后，與大學(xué)升學(xué)指導(dǎo)主任和IBDP/CAIE協(xié)調(diào)員聯(lián)系，幫助學(xué)生完成最終錄取過程
9、Provide accurate information regarding tests such as ACT, SAT, Oxbridge Assessments, TOEFL, IELTS and UKVI

10、Advise students on appropriate and relevant extracurricular activities and to advertise information on reputable summer school program, experiences and internships.

11、Contribute to regular counseling workshops for parents and the wider community.

15、Need to follow both the timeline of university application and school calendar to work, ensuring applications are complete in time.

16、Make individual plans with goals of English, subjects, competitions, essays and activities for students.

Requirements任職要求
1、Bachelor’s degree and above
本科及以上學(xué)歷
2、Have a relevant qualification/certification in university & careers counselling and/or at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Prefer IBDP/ A level counseling experience.
具有大學(xué)升學(xué)和職業(yè)咨詢相關(guān)資格/認(rèn)證，及/或至少3-5年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有IBDP/A Level升學(xué)咨詢經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3、Have an understanding of the various components of an IB DP exam such as internal assessments, extended essay and CAS, contribute to a successful student portfolio for college admission.

4、Have a deep working knowledge of US, UK, Canadian, Australian admissions processes. Experience in US or UK applications is preferred.

5、Have classroom and curriculum development experience to deliver robust university and career program.
