1. Deploy business strategy into learning& development target to development programs for all levels of talents. Work over employee development plan and training framework, processes.
將業務戰略轉化為學習與發展目標,為各級人才制定發展計劃。制定員工發展計劃和培訓框架、流程。
2. Responsible for competence management for office staff, with evaluation tools to define measures for competence development in SES.
負責辦公室工作人員的能力管理,利用評估工具確定公司能力發展的措施。
3. Support for qualification management in workshop area.
支持車間的資質管理。
4. Responsible for employee development tools and paths definition and promotion.
負責員工發展工具和路徑的定義和推廣。
5. Review training requirement, design training and development plan with training needs’ analysis result.
審查培訓需求,根據培訓需求分析結果設計培訓和發展計劃。
6. Build up and develop SES learning center via resource integration and synergy to continuously improvement.
通過資源整合和協同,建立和發展 SES 學習中心,不斷改進。
7. Release annual training plan and responsible for training result.
發布年度培訓計劃并對培訓結果負責。
8. Training cost control and budget optimization.
培訓成本控制和預算優化。
9. Expand training channel and resource, introduce, and promote new training methods/models.
拓展培訓渠道和資源,引進和推廣新的培訓方法/模式。
10. Development of internal trainer tool to deliver customized internal trainings.
開發內部培訓師工具,提供定制的內部培訓。
Work related requirements 工作相關資格要求
1. 本科學歷
2. 商業或人力資源專業
3. 5年培訓領域工作經驗
4. 在領導力、能力和員工發展方面的培訓經驗
5. 擔任外部顧問更佳
6. 熟悉不同的績效管理工具,如:KPI/OKR,有OKR的推行經驗更佳
7. 良好的溝通能力
8. 英語技能
