Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目標（崗位簡介） Lead and develop reliable NDC and RDC operations to ensure uninterrupted supply to patient .Manage transportation expense by reasonable costs. Ensure GSP/GMP regulation execution strictly and global PQS&SHE implementation. Keep high level of customer satisfaction and provide service with high quality to other departments. 領導并發展可靠的全國運輸及區域分銷中心操作以保證產品的不間斷供應。在合理的成本內管理運輸費用；確保嚴格執行GSP和GMP規范以及總部質量體系文件、SHE相關規定實施；維持高水準的客戶滿意度，為公司其他部門提供優質服務。 2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要職責/責任 (Major functions of the position) （職位的首要職能）

• Be responsible for logistics outbound team strategy and goal setting, implementation and realization.

負責物流運輸部門策略和目標的設定，實施及結果追蹤。

• Lead the team to operate the distribution routine works via close cooperation with MCE

帶領團隊管理日常配送工作，并保持和MCE團隊的良好溝通、配合。

• Ensure uninterrupted supply to patient by high OTIF level

維持高水準OTIF，確保對病人的不間斷供應。

• Be responsible for NDC/RDC inventory management and warehouse capacity plan, replenishment plan management, ensure the supply to the regions.

負責NDC/RDC庫存管理、倉庫庫容計劃、補貨計劃管理，確保及時供應指定區域客戶。

• Be responsible for crisis management, including urgent orders, new product pilot distribution, transportation issues and customer complaints, etc.

負責緊急事件管理，含緊急訂單、新產品首發、運輸事故和客戶投訴等。

• Return goods management.

負責退貨管理。

• Support logistics transformation projects’ implementation and manage the changes well

支持物流優化項目實施以及應用到團隊日常工作中。

• 3PL performance and logistics cost/PO management

負責第3方物流供應商績效考核管理、物流費用和相關采購訂單管理。

• Ensure GSP/GMP regulation execution strictly and global PQS&SHE implementation, in align with internal control and finance management requirements

確保GSP和GMP、羅氏PQS和SHE合規，符合內控和財務管理要求。 3. Qualification and Experience 能力與經驗 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所獲資格證書 Bachelor of Science Degree 大學本科 At least GET-4 certificate. 大學英語四級以上 Major in logistic, commercial, Pharma, chemistry and finance 物流，商務，醫藥，化工，財會等專業優先 It is preferred if the candidate has the 3PL or RDC management experience in pharmaceutical industry 有醫藥三方、區域分銷中心管理經驗者優先 Leadership Competencies領導者勝任力 Job Required Competencies崗位所需勝任力 Experience in GMP/MRP II/GSP GMP/MRP II/GSP 實施經驗 Experience in logistic management 物流管理經驗 Good at English speaking, reading and writing 良好的英語表達能力 Good at communication and coordination 良好的溝通及協調能力 3 years experiences in warehouse management at least. 至少3年倉儲管理經驗 2 years experiences of WH management or distribution in Pharma, chemistry or food field at least. 至少2年醫藥，化工或食品行業倉儲、配送管理經驗
