Experience: 6 years in a pharmaceutical industry experience with expertise in risk management, program governance, and executive reporting. Technical Expertise: Experience in program management within the pharmaceutical industry with skills in budgeting, risk management and KPI tracking. Ability to manage high-stakes projects and engage cross-functional teams. Strong ability to develop executive reports, dashboards, and structured documentation. Proficiency in PMO tools (e.g., SharePoint, dashboards, risk matrices). Leadership: Organizational, communication, team leadership skills, and proactive problem solver. Languages: Excellent communication skill both in English (and Chinese), additional languages is a plus; Intercultural experience (EU/US/Asia esp. China) is a plus.
