Job Responsibilities 【崗位職責】
1. Collect, organize, and translate inspection order materials provided by foreign customers;
收集、整理和翻譯國外客戶提供的訂單資料;
2. Contact domestic and foreign factories and also inspectors to confirm the relevant arrangements for inspection;
聯系國內外工廠和檢驗工程師,確認驗貨的相關安排;
3. Track the submission and review of inspection reports;
跟蹤驗貨報告的提交、審核;
4. Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, and maintain the company's brand image.
維護與客戶及供應商的關系,維護公司品牌形象
5. Complete other tasks assigned by department managers and customer managers.
完成部門經理及客戶經理交辦的其它工作。
Job Requirements【任職要求】
1. College degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, International Trade, Foreign languages (Business English/Spanish/Japanese/Arabic), etc.
大專及以上學歷,理工科、國貿、外語(商務英語 / 西語 / 日語 / 阿拉伯語)等專業;
2. Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or equivalent foreign language proficiency is preferred;
英語閱讀書寫能力良好,英語四級或同等外語水平者優先;
3. At least one year experience in foreign trade ;
有一年左右外貿行業工作經驗;
4. Responsible, patient and meticulous, with strong execution ability;
有責任心,耐心細致,執行力強;
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的溝通協調能力。
