Job Description 1. Participate in legal duediligence and M&A related work; 2. Be responsible for legal documentsdrafting, reviewing and translation work such as JVC, MoU, AoA and commercial contracts; 3. Provide FDI related legal advisoryservices, business structuring, and handle theincorporation procedure for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV; 4. Provide other legal advice for clients oncommercial, corporate and labor law related matters etc.; 5. Other work as assigned. Requirements 1. At least 1-3 years working experience in corporate/commercial,private equity, mergers & acquisitions and foreign direct investments,preferably working experience in international law firm or related consultingcompany; 2. Strong knowledge of and experience onset-up procedures for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV; 3. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modifyand review legal documents; 4. Function as a good team player in amulti-cultural environment; 5. LLB or LLM; 6. Excellent written and oral language skillsin German & Chinese or English & Chinese.
