Job Description
1. ?Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions;
2. Assist lawyers in corporate compliance reviews, due diligence, and transaction documentation filing;
3. Organize legal databases (laws, regulations, industry policies) and maintain electronic document systems;
4. Coordinate client communications, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions;
5. Schedule meetings, business travel, and handle routine administrative tasks;
6. Perform other related duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; BAR exam qualification preferred;
2. Prior internship at a law firm/corporate legal department preferred;
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written & verbal);
4. Good PC Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with MS Office;
5. Service-oriented, detailed, well-organized, strong accountability, strong team player, willing to share workload when needed, and ability to work under pressure.
