Job Responsibilities工作職責:
  • Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line 分析和解決生產線技術問題
  • Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……分析解決質量問題，8D報告分析與反饋CP，FEMA，WI……
  • Training the new technician and the operator培訓新技術員及操作工
  • Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target監(jiān)督生產線以確保達到生產指標
  • Product quality control and process supervise and abnormal status monitor生產產品質量的控制、過程監(jiān)督、異常狀態(tài)監(jiān)控 Cooperate with repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools配合維修和保養(yǎng)機器，設備，工具
  • Monitor the manufacturing process to keep the product quality status stability 監(jiān)控生產工藝過程確認產品質量狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定
  • Establish and maintain production planning and control建立和維持生產計劃與控制
  • Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合維修和保養(yǎng)機器、設備與工具
  • Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed確保遵循質量控制程序與標準
  • Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time不斷改進和提高生產性能、減少生產周期
  • Production line layout before launch and continuous improvement投產前期生產布局的規(guī)劃和后期的改進
  • Cost saving by optimizing process and material 優(yōu)化過程和物料以達到成本節(jié)約
  • Tooling design for production line生產輔助工裝夾具的設計
  • Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed 承擔工藝技術管理標準的起草和修訂工作，組織相關人員搞好工藝管理，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行工藝紀律
  • Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology 組織領導新工藝、新技術的試驗研究工作
  • Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline 執(zhí)行分層審核，確保員工按照WI要求操作，工藝紀律檢查
  • Other jobs arranged by manager 領導安排的其他工作
  • Complete and support WCM related work .協(xié)助并完成WCM相關工作
EHS
  • Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. 全面遵守地方政府的EHS法律法規(guī)以及公司內部的EHS規(guī)定。
  • Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. 接受EHS 培訓，參與公司內部的EHS活動, 并宣傳EHS的要求。
  • Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. 及時匯報各類工傷、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康事故、事故隱患和不安全行為/環(huán)境，參與事故調查，按時落實改進措施。 WCM Skill
  • Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI
  • Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work
  • Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result
Job Requirements工作要求：
  • Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.
  • Fluent English.
  • Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.
  • Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.
  • Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
  • Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;
  • Good capability of relationship;

  • Able to assume risks;
  • Able to manage hard situations;
