職位描述
崗位職責:
1.負責施工現場生產要素的協調與調度,協助項目經理做好安全生產工作,定期分析安全生產情況,制定安全生產工作計劃,保證施工生產正常運行;
2.負責組織編制施工管理制度及流程并貫徹落實;貫徹執行國家及上級有關部門HSE方針政策、法律法規、標準規范和規定,負責組織制定和審查HSE管理規章制度、獎懲方案、安全技術措施、事故隱患的整改計劃和方案,組織或督促實施;
3.負責組織施工隊施工,保證業主、總包有關生產要求的順利執行;指導、協調HSE部進行現場HSE監督檢查,審查危險源的控制措施和應急預案,并按要求監督實施;
4.按照項目總體規劃負責組織項目施工生產計劃、大型施工機具需求計劃、勞動力需求計劃的編制工作,全面組織落實;
5.按期組織召開月、周施工生產協調會,分析計劃執行情況,做好施工計劃的調整和糾偏措施,定期向領導班子通報HSE工作管理情況。
任職要求:
1. 安全、環境、工程等相關專業,本科及以上學歷;
2. 5年以上HSE相關領域管理職位,具有HSE相關國際資格證書;
3. 了解和執行各種環境、安全法規。熟悉施工現場管理流程及施工規范;
4.具備良好的溝通協調、組織能力;
5.能用英語進行日常工作交流和溝通。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of production factors at the construction site, assist the project manager in ensuring safe production, regularly analyze the situation of safe production, formulate safe production work plans, and ensure the normal operation of construction production.
2. Be responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of construction management systems and procedures; implement the HSE policies, laws, regulations, standards and norms of the state and superior departments, be responsible for organizing the formulation and review of HSE management systems, reward and punishment plans, safety technical measures, and rectification plans and schemes for accident hazards, and organize or supervise their implementation.
3. Be responsible for organizing the construction teams to carry out construction, ensuring the smooth implementation of the production requirements of the owner and the general contractor; guide and coordinate the HSE department to conduct on-site HSE supervision and inspection, review the control measures for hazard sources and emergency plans, and supervise their implementation as required.
4. According to the overall project plan, be responsible for organizing the formulation of project construction production plans, large-scale construction machinery demand plans, and labor demand plans, and comprehensively organize and implement them.
5. Regularly organize monthly and weekly construction production coordination meetings, analyze the implementation of plans, make adjustments and corrective measures to the construction plans, and regularly report the HSE work management situation to the leadership team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in safety, environment, engineering or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of management experience in HSE-related fields, with relevant international qualification certificates.
3. Understand and implement various environmental and safety regulations. Familiar with on-site management processes and construction norms.
4. Possess good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
5. Be able to communicate and work in English on a daily basis.
