生產物料管理PMC管理成本管理
崗位職責:
一、戰略分解 Strategic Deployment
1、根據公司戰略規劃的制定與分解，制定江西PMC部門的戰略與年度經營計劃；
1. Develop Jiangxi PMC department
s strategy and annual business plan based on corporate strategic deployment;
2、建立適應多品種、小批量生產的柔性PMC管理體系；
2. Establish a flexible PMC management system for high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production environments.
二、計劃管理 Planning Management
1、統籌主生產計劃（MPS）和物料需求計劃（MRP），確保訂單準時交付（OTD ≥ 100%）。
1. Orchestrate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance;
2、優化產能規劃，平衡多品種訂單的優先級，減少換產時間；
2. Optimize capacity planning with dynamic order prioritization to minimize changeover time;
3、建立動態排產機制，快速響應插單、撤單、設計變更（ECN）等異常情況。
3. Implement agile scheduling to accommodate rush orders, cancellations, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
三、物料控制 Inventory Control
1、負責公司整體庫存的分析、風險預警、問題識別，并組織優化，推動庫存結構優化，提高庫存周轉；
1. Conduct comprehensive inventory analysis with risk alerting, issue identification, and optimization initiatives to enhance stock structure and turnover rate;
2、負責制定、指導實施公司物料、產品的進出規則，并牽頭IT實施，推動物料、產品的快速流轉；
2. Develop and implement material/product flow policies, lead IT system deployment to accelerate material throughput;
3、負責呆滯物料的專項管理，推動呆滯物料的消耗；
3. Manage slow-moving/obsolete (SLOB) inventory with dedicated consumption programs.
四、跨部門協同 Cross-functional Coordination
1、主導產銷運營會議，協調銷售、生產、采購、物流等部門，確保產銷平衡；
1. Chair Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align sales, production, procurement and logistics;
2、協同HR培訓"多能工+柔性班組"，實現人力資源動態調配，應對訂單波動；
2. Partner with HR to develop cross-functional teams for flexible workforce deployment during demand fluctuations.
五、團隊管理 Team Leadership
1、組建高效PMC團隊，培養計劃、物控等核心崗位人才。
1. Build high-performance PMC teams through competency development in planning and inventory control;
2、建立標準化SOP（如訂單評審流程、緊急插單規則、庫存管理規范）。
2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) including order review protocols, rush order handling rules, and inventory management standards.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，專業不限；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major is not limited;
2、8年及以上大型電子、半導體等制造業，5年以上總監崗位工作經驗；
2.8+ years in large-scale electronic manufacturing /semiconductor packaging industry, including 5+ years at director level
3、具有較強的溝通協調及統籌能力，系統思考和規劃、數據分析、問題診斷能力、客戶服務意識能力：
3.Excellent communication and coordination ability, systematic consideration and planning, data analysis, problem diagnosis ability, customer service awareness:
4、擅長多品種小批量行業的生產計劃和物控管理經驗；
4.Professional in multi-variety and small-batch industry production planning and material control management experience;
5、熟練使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系統。
