主要工作職責和內容 Main Duties and Comtent :
1.訂單管理與跟單 負責從詢盤到收款的全流程:報價,合同簽訂,生產跟蹤,物流安排,付款跟進,確保訂單數據準確錄入系統,確保交期和質量達標。

2.客戶關系維護 定期與現有客戶保持聯系,了解市場反饋,處理客戶投訴與訂單問題。推動復購和增購,提高客戶忠誠度,協調公司內部確保訂單按時交付。 以上為前6個月主要工作職責。
Customer relationship maintenance Regularly maintain contact with existing customers, understand market feedback, and handle customer complaints and order issues. 3.客戶開發與銷售執行 拜訪客戶,參加展會開發新客戶,主動聯系潛在客戶,介紹公司產品,提供報價,跟進談判直至成交。分析客戶需求,推薦合適的產品或解決方案,提高訂單轉化率

任職要求 Job Requirements:
1、10years + work experience, with international sales and customer service experience in the laminates industry is preferred.
2、Familiar with international trade processes and terminology, Customs and logistics.Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
3、Independent,rich cross-cultural negotiation and communication experience, and international business risk prevention ability.
4、Fluent in English, responsible, strong execution, skilled in cross-cultural communication, adapt ability, experienced in maintaining the relationship with existing customers and grow sales revenue, meticulous, Skills in Incoterms, Customs, payment methods and logistics process.
