Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, like technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to highlight customer value proposition of Bruker’s MALDI-TOF solutions, and support customer satisfaction. ? Expand customer coverage and business funnel through proactive customer visiting. ? Support Bruker marketing activities in the MALDI-TOF area. ? Maintain customer relationship special working with KOL to continue drive Bruker MALDI-TOF solution and application to keep leading in China market. ? Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account records, and activity reports in SFDC. ? Collaborate closely with technical support, applications specialists, marketing, and product management teams to meet customer needs. 任職要求: ? Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field. ? 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience, preferably in mass spectrometry or life sciences instrumentation. ? Strong knowledge of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry technology and applications. ? Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. ? Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into customer-centric solutions. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles. ? Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
