工作職責:
杭州市蕭山區立學校小學部現招聘一名學習支持老師;具體詳見下方英文工作職責;
入職時間:2025年秋季
崗位要求:
1. 本科及以上學歷;英語流利,可雙語授課;
2. 有3年及以上雙語/國際學校教齡;
3. 持有教師資格證;
4. 熱愛教育事業,愛孩子,有耐心,有親和力;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour, positive reinforcement and prevent challenging behaviour.
? Work with pupils to develop their leadership skills and encourage them to take on leadership roles within the school.
? Develop and deliver service-learning opportunities for pupils to encourage them to contribute to their local community.
? Provide pastoral care and support to pupils who may be experiencing personal or emotional difficulties.
? Set pastoral targets for pupils and work with them to achieve these targets.
? Work with teachers and other staff to identify pupils who may need additional support and develop strategies to support them。
? Provide training and support through modelling, mentoring and coaching to staff on behaviour management and the strategies for building pupil-teacher relationship and creating a caring community.
? Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular reports to the Head of Pastoral.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
? Experience of working in a similar role in a school or other educational setting.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
? Strong organisational and planning skills.
? Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
? Understanding of pupil leadership and service learning.
? Understanding of pastoral care and target setting.
? Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
? A commitment to ongoing professional development.
