IT資產管理

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Procurement of IT hardware from manufactures and vendors
Working in asset management and accounting systems to maintain asset records and PO's
Staging and imaging PC’s - Windows and MAC
IMAC – IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
Shipping, receiving and disposal of IT equipment
Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
Warranty and non-warranty repairs and break/fix on PC’s and printers
Maintain large quantities of new, spare and parts inventories of IT equipment
Maintain minimum and maximum threshold levels of inventories of IT equipment
Assist with coordination and logics of all transportation of IT equipment throughout region

Required Qualifications include:

Reading and Writing English
Service Now tool skills
Windows and MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience
Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision

· Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload

Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties of packing and unpacking IT equipment
Break/fix experience with the following PC hardware manufactures: Apple, Lenovo, Dell, HP.
High level of flexibility and the ability to positively respond to changes in work requirements
Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential
Good technical writing skills and a willingness to document all work performed
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Willingness and skills necessary to determine the solution & root cause of issue

Required Minimum Education:

High School Diploma (required)
Associate Degree or at least some college courses in related field (preferred)

Required Minimum Experience:

A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
