工作職責包括:
? 分子生物學:設計和執行涉及分子克隆的實驗,包括質粒構建、PCR引物設計和測序結果分析。

? 微生物學:分離和操作菌株,尤其是苛性厭氧菌,嚴格遵守無菌操作規程,并進行MIC測試、生物膜研究以及厭氧臺操作等實驗。
? 實驗開發:具備高通量篩選和96/384孔板實驗經驗。具備機器人系統經驗者優先!

Join Our Innovative Endolysin Discovery Team
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microbiologist/Biotech Scientist to join our dynamic team. We are a leading company with large international footprint in the endolysin field with several best-in-class products.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a crucial role in the discovery of novel endolysins for use as therapeutics to solve the problem of drug-resistant bacteria. You will join our world-leading endolysin discovery platform and work under the supervision of two PhD scientists from a top-tier US university.
Responsibilities will include:
· Molecular Biology: Designing and executing
experiments involving molecular cloning – including plasmid construction, PCR
primer design, and analysis of sequencing results.
· Protein Science: Purifying and characterizing recombinant proteins, utilizing a range of biochemical techniques.
· Microbiology: Isolating and working with bacterial strains, especially fastidious anaerobic bacteria, maintaining strict sterile techniques, and performing assays such as MIC testing, biofilm studies, and utilizing an anaerobic hood.
· Assay Development: Experience with high
throughput screening and 96/384-well plate assays. Experience with robotic
systems is a plus!
· Data Management: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of experimental data and preparing timely reports for the team lead.
What We’re Looking For:
· Independence and clear scientific thinking: Ability to develop, design, and perform innovative research. Ability to understand scientific articles and
patents.
· Education: Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field is required. PhD preferred.
· Experience: While prior industry experience is an advantage, we value candidates with strong foundational knowledge and a passion for research.
· Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to design and execute logical and well-defined experiments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (CET-6 or equivalent proficiency in English).
· Bonus Points: Experience working in a GLP environment or with animal models (mouse/rat).
