Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Application Director to drive business growth in our end-user market by promoting integrated solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise in semiconductor technologies, process integration, and the ability to engage with senior application leadership at customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the primary technical interface with customers (CTOs, Fab Directors, technical teams), delivering solution presentations and technical discussions aligned with their semiconductor manufacturing needs.
? Lead technical discussions in TRM (Technical Review Meeting).
? Translate customer pain points into technical requirements for integrated solutions, emphasizing the value as a unified offering.
? Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical proposals and overcome objections related to technology, integration, or scalability.
? Possess in-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
? Stay abreast of industry trends and advise customers on how our solutions align with emerging technologies.
? Address customer-specific technical queries, resolve integration issues, and advocate for feature enhancements based on market feedback.
? Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales support, providing technical guidance during implementation and troubleshooting.
? Represent the company at technical forums, conferences, and customer workshops to establish thought leadership.
? Gather competitive intelligence and technical trends in the IC manufacturing space to inform product strategy and positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD preferred.
? 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry.
? Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-level technical executives (CTOs, Fab Directors) through data-driven technical presentations.
? Excellent verbal/written communication in English.
