Administrative Management
Policy & Compliance: Establish and enforce administrative policies (office supplies, documents, vehicles, assets, travel, cleaning, cafeteria, etc.).
Daily Operations: Oversee office maintenance, procurement, document handling, catering/cleaning, and meeting support.
Resource Planning & Management
Space & Assets: Optimize office layouts, manage equipment/facilities, and maintain asset records with regular audits.
Cost Control: Develop budgets, streamline procurement, and analyze spending to reduce costs.
External Relations
Government Liaison: Coordinate with authorities for compliance, project approvals, and official visits.
Public Affairs: Manage government partnerships and corporate PR initiatives.
Expat & Visitor Support
Employee Assistance: Provide visa, housing, medical, and logistics support for expatriates.
Visitor Coordination: Handle invitations, travel, accommodation, and meetings for foreign guests.
Requirements
Education: Associate degree+ (preferred: Management/Administration/Languages).
Languages: Fluent English; German proficiency a plus.
Skills: MS Office mastery, organizational/communication abilities.
Experience: 1–3 years in admin/events (preferred).
Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
