Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with local team to conduct Cost Analysis of current and new projects.
2. Monitor trend of market and competitors, conduct market research to make forecast.
3. Track customer needs and accurately communicate engineering changes and other information to local team.
4. Work with finance team to deal with account receivable.
5. Predict annual, quarterly, and monthly sales data, and complete sales reports.
6. Coordinate logistics and shipping, provide the logistics documents required by customers.
7. Assist in handling customer complaints, coordinate with internal departments to resolve them and follow up on the results.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 3+ years working experience in the automotive industry
3. Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken
4. Good at ERP & MS Office.
5. Initiative, perseverance, result-oriented, good team-player.
