At Site Location (s) phase: · Monitor, guide, direct and accept mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including approval of punch lists. · Interface with “other” project departments. · Daily PTW review and sign off. Safety training for all subcontractor personnel. Ensure all safety regulation and standard have been implemented and followed. · SIMOPS management. · Completion Certificate issuance/endorsement. · Acceptance of system handover from Construction. · Assign responsibility for system completion to Commissioning Specialists as appropriate to support the schedule. · Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the commissioning works. · Vendor mobilization, site coordination and supervision. · Spares and first fills required to efficiently carry out the SOW. · Compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to COMPANY.
