Responsibilities:
- Support, contribute and promote a safe work environment.

- Organize and establish the company's R&D process.
- 組織和建立公司研發流程
- Responsible for building R & D team, and organize the completion of various technical standards and documents for company products
- 負責研發團隊建設，組織并完成公司產品所需要的各種技術標準及文件。
- Continuously explore the application of new materials, new design technologies, etc., and develop technical and process expertise to ensure that the design is technologically competitive
- 不斷探索新材料、新設計技術等的應用，開發技術和工藝專門技術，以確保設計具有技術競爭力
- Technical Support -Provide technical support for sales activities to win new business. Providing general technical assistance to the company internal teams, and external sub-contractors and suppliers including assembly training and failure/issue analysis.
- 技術支持-為公司銷售活動提供技術支持，以贏得新業務，并向公司內各部門、公司外部分包商和供應商提供常規技術支持，包括裝配培訓和故障/問題分析。
- Promote design standardization, including materials, product structure, product standards, etc.
- 設計標準化工作推進，包括材料、產品結構、產品標準等。
- Understanding of customers’ specifications and requirements to ensure technical proposals can be written.
- 正確理解客戶規范和要求，確保能夠編寫技術建議書。
- Detailed Design – creation of full manufacturing information for new products with generation of associated supporting documentation such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFM, FEA ,design review, package design etc..
- 產品的詳細設計 – 基于諸如公差分析, FMEA, DFM, FEA,設計評審，包裝設計等設計活動的分析，整合和配套，創建適用于新產品生產的制造工程文件
- Concept Development – correct interpretation of customer specifications and requirements enabling generation of technical proposals.
- 概念設計方案 – 積極消化，正確理解客戶需求，規范等輸入信息，提出可行的技術設想
- Provide design engineering support for the development of customized Connector products.
- 為客戶定制類產品提供強有力而高效的工程技術支持
- Research and Development – to explore new technologies appropriate for continual development.
- 研究和開發 – 不斷探索新的技術或趨勢以適應產品發展的需要
- Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.
- 技術管理 – 基于ISO質量體系創建關于技術管理的相關內容
- Develops technology and process know-how to ensure designs are technologically competitive.
- 不斷發展技術及工藝的經驗數據資料庫以確保設計具有競爭性
- Participate and contribute to team training, development, mentoring and audits.
- 積極參與和服務于培訓，員工發展，導師和審計等團隊
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company policies.
- 展示符合公司政策的行為。
- University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering (Graduate Degree preferred).
- 機械或電氣類專業本科以上學歷 （研究生畢業優先）
- Strong team management and leadership skill to ensure the successful development of electronic components or systems for commercial aviation and rail applications
- 優秀的團隊管理和領導力，確保成功開發應用于商業航空和鐵路的電子元件或系統。
- Strong communication skills and budgeting ability and creativity
- 優秀的溝通能力，預算能力和創新能力
- Understanding of Product development process in related Aero industry. (5+ years of practical experience in design of electronic components).
- 熟悉航空航天連接器、線纜組件和EWIS相關產品開發流程 （有5年以上相關設計經驗優先）
- Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current /coax/twinax/quadrax wire termination).
- 精通連接器制造流程或工藝諸如機加，注塑和裝配技術（壓接，焊接，大電流/同軸/雙同軸/四同軸接線等）
- Competent in use of 3D/design tools and PDM (for example: Solidworks, Autocad)
- 熟練使用3D,2D和PDM等相關設計軟件(如Solidworks, Autocad等)
- Understanding of basic transmission line theory and the design requirements for RF and high-speed signal transmission.
- 熟悉數據傳輸的基本原理以及理解RF及其他高速數據傳輸的設計要求
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- 擅于使用各種標準的工具和測量方法做根本失效原因分析；
- Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities
- 了解各類材料的特性并基于此做出合理的材料選擇
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- 良好的中文普通話聽讀寫能力，良好的英語讀寫能力
