成本管理生產計劃管理電子/半導體/集成電路
Responsibilities:
- Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch
- Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers’ training plan
- Continue improvement on output and efficiency
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant
- Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements
- Responsible for overseeing assembly and industrial engineering department
- Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
- Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment
- Able to deal with and achieve customers' requirements
- Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry
- Handle ad hoc assignments as require
- University graduate in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years in managing a sizeable PRC factory and managing people; experience in household electrical appliance is an advantage
- Fast pace, flexible mindset, willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin
- Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills;
- Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing;
- Strong knowledge in fixture and equipment;
- Strong automation knowledge and skill set;
