For one of our customer projects in the field of digital services in the automotive industry with a focus on Head Unit Project Management and Test Management. Tasks:? 1.Work as a project manager in head unit software development and delivery project 2.Direct cooperation with top management including derivation of software testing/ quality assurance strategies and preparation of documents suitable for management 3.Communication with stakeholder departments and working out compromises 4.Communication interface between the Chinese and global project team 5.Preparation and presentation of management decision templates and reports Requirements profile: 1.5 – 10 years of experience in consulting and/or the area of development of digital products and services, Information and Communication, E/E, and further related projects is mandatory 2.Master’s degree in engineering, software development or comparable degree related to development of digital products and services, have relevant qualification certificates e.g. PMP(Project Management Professional) 3.Interest in ‘digital services’ - high affinity for digital products in vehicles 4.Previous experience in head unit software development desired 5.Previous experience in Consulting business as consultant desired 6.Previous experience in project management for technically complex digital functions required 7.Open to work on new topics and challenges in technically complex situations ‘agile mindset’ 8.Confident handling of MS Office 9.Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing business English, and German is a plus 10.Structured way of working in dynamic project conditions, responding quickly to changes and ensuring customer satisfaction 11.Personal initiative and proactivity, with a high sense of responsibility 12.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear logical thinking and reasoning ability 13.Excellent client communication skills, proficiency in designing high quality PowerPoint reports and presentations
