To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR related issues and to assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as support all HR initiatives.

First level employee relations matters/investigation

Disciplinary measures to include Performance Plans and Terminations

Advice where appropriate and, in conjunction with the HR Manager, arrange learning & development courses for staff as required.

Assist with HR project work to support the HR Business Partner in achieving both

Company and departmental objectives.

Responsible for Employee Event coordination and wellness activities

Responsible for all administrative functions

Assist with all other HR matters as required by the HR Business Partner

Provide recruitment support for the recruitment team.

Participate in the interview process giving required feedback to managers and candidates.

Responsible for Implementation and execution of New Hire Orientation and Onboarding

Liaise with payroll to ensure pay related information is processed.

Maintain electronic (HR systems) and manual employee files as to provide accurate and up to date records from which to produce reports and audit information.

Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with employment legislation.
