Job Summary:
1. The position is responsible for the Finance
2. Responsible to collaborate with other departments; regarding the Finance support required by them.
3. To maintain awareness of relevant legislation currently enforced and ensure compliance with statutory rules and regulations of Sun Pharma.
4. Managing and overseeing financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance. They analyze financial data, provide insights, and support strategic planning.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Financial Operations:?Manage day-to-day financial transactions, such as invoice processing, payments, and collections.?
2. Reporting and Analysis:?Prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, and identify trends and opportunities.?
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:?Assist in budget preparation, monitor actual vs. budget performance, and provide financial forecasts.?
4. Compliance:?Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.?
5. Risk Management:?Identify and mitigate financial risks.?
Stakeholder Communication:?Present financial information and insights to management and stakeholders.?
6. Cash Flow Management:?Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal working capital.?
7. Tax Compliance:? tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.?
8. Auditing:?Support audit processes and liaise with auditors.?
9. Process Improvement:?Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting.?
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor education or above, 4 years of relevant working experience with Accountant Certificate
2, Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken), CET6 or above.
3, Able to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
4, Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
5, Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
6, Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
7, Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others.
