Responsibilities崗位職責:
1、Service support. Solve organization and product issues related to software, hardware, network and clinical applications and so on;提供現場支持和電話支持,解決與軟件、固件、網絡及其臨床應用相關的問題等;
2、Responsibility to improve customer experience and satisfaction through problem solving;以提升客戶體驗為己任,通過問題的解決和升級來提高客戶的滿意度;
3、Solve problems timely and good communicate with customers to establish good relationship; Ensure all issues are resolved.利用必要的資源及時解決問題;直接與客戶溝通,建立良好的關系;與客戶保持聯系,確保所有問題都得到解決;
4、New product installation ang training.支持新產品的介紹、使用培訓和初次安裝;
5、Responsible for reporting to customer support team;負責向內部/外部客戶支持團隊匯報情況;
6、Technical support and customer service support; Complete machine installation and maintenance in time; Sign contract and follow up;根據需要作為技術支持和客服支持參與工作;及時完成機器安裝、保養維護工作;嚴格遵守公司的運作流程,完整填寫、及時上交維修記錄單;零備件及保修合同的簽訂和跟蹤;
7、Provide technical support for sales and application;根據需要為銷售和應用提供技術支持,對客戶提供以及日常使用提供技術咨詢支持;
8、Others;領導交辦的其他任務;
Qualifications任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in biomedical engineering/electronic information science and technology/nuclear medicine/imaging related;本科及以上學歷,生物醫學工程/電子信息科學與技術/核醫學/影像學相關專業;
2. At least 3 years experience in installation of CT or nuclear medical imaging equipment is advantage;有3年以上CT和核醫學影像設備安裝/維護經驗者優先考慮;
3. Basic skills and ability to handle computer software installation, motor assembly;擁有處理電腦軟件安裝和更新、電機組裝的基本技能和能力;
4. Good communication and service skills;基于客戶服務理念的良好溝通表達能力和演示能力;
5. Ability to solve problems independently;具備獨立思考及解決問題的能力;
6. Proactive, responsible and team player;積極主動,認真負責,具有團隊合作精神;
7. Frequent travel is acceptable;可以接受頻繁出差。
8、Fluent English;英語聽說讀寫流利。
