Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the chairman in managing daily affairs, including arranging meetings, handling documents and emails, following up on important matters, etc;
2. Assist the chairman in handling important internal and external affairs and relationships of the company, and establish good relationships with partners, clients, and government agenciescommunicate;
3. Participate in project management work, coordinate resources from all parties, and promote the smooth progress of the project;
4. Assist the legal department in drafting, translating, and reviewing the company's external documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure their professionalism and accuracy;
5. Supervise and coordinate the work of various departments to ensure the effective achievement of company goals;
6. Handle other temporary affairs and support the work needs of the chairman.
