外企會計中級職稱制造業海外職位礦產/采掘
此崗位工作地點在印尼莫羅瓦利青山工業園區內，在園區70天可以回國21天，以此循環，公司承擔往返機票，請注意工作地點謹慎投遞。
This position was based in Indonesia Morowali Mining site, 70days work in Indonesia Morowali Mining site and 21 days homeworking in China.
Requirements:
1. Financial Analysis Expertise
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, with proven involvement in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, playing a key role in driving accuracy and efficiency.
2. Manufacturing Industry Background
- 5+ years in production/manufacturing environments, with deep familiarity in:
- Factory operations & workflows
- Organizational structure & cross-functional department roles
- Ability to quickly identify priorities and adapt to the work environment.
3. Strong Communication Skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from:
- Diverse cultural & regional backgrounds
- Varying work styles & personalities
- Experience facilitating alignment between finance, operations, function teams and HQ teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead AIM’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including the collection, consolidation, and validation of baseline data.provide accurate budgeting and forecasting data for AIM.
2. Work closely with the Group HQ budgeting team to jointly complete all AIM-related budgeting and forecasting tasks. the budgeting and forecasting guidelines from headquarters can be effectively implemented.
3. Perform monthly cost analysis for AIM, expanding the scope and depth of existing reports to enhance insights.Possess accurate and detailed knowledge of all production factors involved in each manufacturing process at the plant.
4. Execute cost control functions by conducting detailed cost analysis for each production factor at the AIM plant, identifying opportunities and methods for cost reduction.,achieve cost reduction target.
5. Operational Support: Provide departments with real-time financial data to optimize production.
