Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Tianjin branch. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will oversee the preparation of complex financial statements and provide strategic support in managing client accounts. Your role will involve leading the annual closing process, ensuring financial records are complete and accurate. You will also guide junior staff, assist in audits, provide financial consulting, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to projects such as financial restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, offering expert financial analysis and support. Responsibilities:

• Managing Client Accounts: Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of clients' financial records, ensuring accuracy in data entry, voucher preparation, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing accurate financial statements for clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Audit Support: Leading the audit preparation process and providing support to auditors by gathering necessary documentation and facilitating the audit.
• Tax Support: Collaborating with tax professionals to ensure clients' tax filings are compliant with regulations, assisting with tax planning and strategy.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing expert advice on financial matters.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensuring that financial reporting adheres to accounting principles, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring junior staff, overseeing their work, and providing guidance in solving complex accounting and financial issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
