About the Job:We are looking for a strong Recruiter for an initial 1-year contract to support our expanding operations in Shenzhen. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, and occasionally finance, compliance, and IT. Working closely with local and international hiring teams, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our rapid expansion in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責:
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.負責全流程招聘工作:包括職位發布、候選人搜尋、簡歷篩選、面試安排、offer管理、入職協調,以及與相關部門的溝通協作。
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific functions (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Warehouse, etc.).與招聘經理緊密合作:深入了解各部門(物流、供應鏈、采購、倉儲等)的招聘需求,制定針對性的候選人搜尋策略。
3. Source candidates through a mix of local job platforms (e.g., 51Job, BOSS, Zhaopin), internal referrals, and direct outreach.通過多元化渠道搜尋候選人:包括本地招聘平臺(如51Job、BOSS直聘、智聯招聘)、內部推薦和主動定向挖掘。
4. Conduct screening calls and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.進行電話篩選和初試:評估候選人的崗位匹配度及文化契合度,確保符合職位要求。
5. Coordinate with internal teams on contract preparation, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment checks.協調內部團隊:協助完成合同準備、入職流程安排及背景調查等事宜。
6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles in the region.建立并維護人才庫:為關鍵崗位儲備優質候選人,支持區域業務快速擴張。
7. Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reporting, tracking key KPIs and providing regular updates to Colleagues and Managers.維護招聘數據及報告:跟蹤關鍵績效指標(KPIs),定期向同事和管理層匯報進展。
JOB REQUIREMENTS崗位要求:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or rapidly growing environment.3年以上全流程招聘經驗,具備快節奏、國際化或高速發展環境的工作經驗者優先。
- Strong experience in recruiting for logistics, sourcing, warehousing, and/or supply chain functions is essential.具備物流、采購、倉儲及供應鏈相關崗位的招聘經驗優先。
- Familiarity with the Chinese labor market and local job platforms.熟悉中國勞動力市場及本地招聘平臺
- Hands-on experience working with Personio and other ATS/recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite.熟練使用Personio等招聘管理系統(ATS)及Microsoft Office辦公軟件
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple roles in parallel.能夠獨立工作,高效安排優先級,同時處理多個職位的招聘需求
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).優秀的英文和中文溝通能力(書面及口語)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.本科及以上學歷,人力資源、商科或相關專業優先。
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance in China is a plus.了解中國勞動法及招聘合規要求者更佳
