崗位職責:
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR system to guarantee that all data is updated promptly.
2. Responsible for handling system procedures related to employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and resignation.
3. In accordance with the standardized HR processes and operational guidelines, monitor the execution and effectiveness of various procedures, offer suggestions for optimization, and ensure that the processes remain efficient and compliant.
4. Responsible for generating various HR report.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

3. 根據學校統一的HR工作流程與操作規范,跟蹤各項流程執行效果,提出優化建議,確保流程高效、合規;
4. 負責各項人力報表數據輸出;
5. 完成上級領導交辦的其他事宜。
任職要求:
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above
Language preference: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Others:
1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those familiar with the human resources management within universities.
2. Proficient in using Excel and other data processing tools.
3. Be familiar with human resources policies, procedures and processes, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with attention to detail.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
學歷要求:本科及以上學歷

其他:
1. 1-3年相關工作經驗, 熟悉高校人力資源管理工作優先;
2. 熟練使用Excel、其他數據處理工具;
3. 熟悉人力資源相關政策、制度和流程,并熟悉勞動法律法規;
4. 高度責任心和團隊意識,注重細節。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
