崗位職責:
1、戰略規劃:參與編制學校“十五五”發展規劃;
2、內效提升:協助提升學校內部協作效能;
3、資源開拓:積極向外爭取及拓展辦學資源;
4、文檔編撰:負責編撰學校發展年鑒及其他重要文檔;
5、其他工作:領導和上級交辦的其他任務。
1、Strategic Planning: Participate in formulating the University’s 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030).
2、Internal Efficiency Enhancement: Assist in improving cross-departmental collaboration and operational effectiveness.
3、Resource Development: Proactively secure and expand external resources to support institutional growth.
4、Documentation: Compile the University’s annual development report and other critical documents.
5、Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks assigned by leadership or superiors.
任職要求:
學歷要求:碩士研究生及以上
專業要求:不限(具備文理交叉跨專業背景者將受到重點考察)
語言要求: 良好的中英文口語能力
其他:
1、10年及以上工作經驗,在政府機關、企事業單位從事過發展規劃、組織協調類工作,及/或具有高校工作經歷者優先。
2、卓越的中文寫作能力及良好的英文寫作能力。
3、卓越的系統性思維及執行能力,縝密的細節洞察及把控能力。
4、熟練的與AI協同辦公的能力。
備注:申請主管或經理崗位,工作年限要求5-8年。
Education: Master’s degree or above.
Major: Open (candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds in humanities and STEM fields will be prioritized).
Language: Proficiency in spoken Chinese and English.
Additional Requirements:
1、Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in strategic planning, organizational coordination within government agencies, enterprises, and/or higher education institutions.
2、Exceptional Chinese writing skills and strong English writing proficiency.
3、Outstanding systemic thinking, execution capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
4、Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with AI tools for office tasks.
Notes: To apply for supervisor or manager positions, work experience of 5-8 years is required.
