- Molecular Biology Technician We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Biologist to join our efforts to unravelling the links between regeneration and ageing. He/she will conduct research collaboratively as well as independently. The successful candidate will have a strong background on molecular biology approaches including state-of-the-art gene editing, cloning methods, CRISPR/Cas-9 technologies, mTol2 or equivalent systems, animal transgenesis, cell culture, tissue processing including preparation, sectioning and staining techniques (immunostainings IHC/IF and standard/HCR in situ hybridization). Prior experience with regeneration models and/or surgical procedures is a bonus.
