職位描述
裝飾裝修建材
崗位職責(zé)：
1、 負(fù)責(zé)國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)商、建材類信息收集及整理，篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商資源；
2、 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理考察供應(yīng)商，編制考察報告，對供應(yīng)商篩選給出關(guān)鍵性意見；
3、 負(fù)責(zé)收集裝飾材料市場信息，為公司采購工作提供參考數(shù)據(jù)；
4、 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)總材料清單及相關(guān)部門訂貨需求，采購符合公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及性價比高材料；
5、 負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)給上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行市場、渠道的開發(fā)，重要客戶和供應(yīng)商的跟進(jìn)以及維護(hù)工作；
6、 負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理和存檔采購相關(guān)資料，建立項目材料清單一覽表，分類入庫供應(yīng)商材料，并對接、傳遞給ERP小組；
7、 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理完善建材公司供應(yīng)商管理流程，協(xié)助建立供應(yīng)商評估、篩選管理體系；
8、 協(xié)助供應(yīng)商談判的前期準(zhǔn)備，參與商務(wù)洽談及項目推進(jìn)工作；
9、 負(fù)責(zé)整理商務(wù)合同，跟進(jìn)合同動向及已簽訂的合同管理工作；
10、 跟進(jìn)總經(jīng)理交辦的事務(wù)工作；
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，室內(nèi)裝飾、采購管理、造價、工程管理相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、了解裝飾材料市場價格，
2、具有良好的粵語、英語閱讀能力和口語表達(dá)能力優(yōu)先考慮；
3、熟悉Word、Excel辦公軟件操作；
4、有從事家居裝修行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
