We are a service-based firm focused on providing professional accounting, tax, and administrative support to international clients, primarily located in Australia. We are currently seeking an Accountant/Tax Professional to join our growing team and support a wide range of cross-border financial work.
Key Responsibilities
? Accurately process and categorize daily financial transactions for clients using appropriate chart of accounts
? Prepare payroll calculations, including salary, withholding tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements
? Assist with preparation and lodgement of Australian tax forms (e.g. BAS, GST, individual and company tax returns)
? Compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, depreciation and dividend schedules
? Draft professional email summaries in English to communicate results and requests with clients
? Support administrative tasks such as document filing, template editing and follow-ups
Requirements
? Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
? Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting firms or multinational companies
? Strong written English communication skills are essential (spoken English preferred but not essential)
? Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
? Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software like Xero, MYOB, or Handitax is a plus
? Strong attention to detail, high responsibility, and time management ability
? Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple clients’ deadlines

1. 為客戶分類和處理日常交易,包括收入、支出、應收應付等,確保數據準確分類。
2. 協助客戶進行稅務申報(BAS、GST、個人稅、公司稅等),并撰寫英文匯報郵件。
3. 編制客戶的月度、季度、年度財務報表(包括利潤表、資產負債表、折舊、分紅等附表)。
4. 協助處理工資單及員工預扣稅款,并確保合規申報。
5. 完成日常行政支持,包括資料歸檔、文檔整理、客戶問詢等。

? 會計、財務或稅務相關專業畢業,大專及以上學歷;
? 有2年以上會計/事務所/外企財稅經驗;
? 能熟練閱讀英文資料并用英文撰寫工作郵件(如有口語更佳);
? 熟悉財務軟件(如用友、金蝶、Xero等)及Excel等工具;
? 工作細心、責任感強,能獨立跟進客戶工作進度;
? 具備良好的時間管理能力,可同時處理多個客戶項目。
