Bartender
I. Main responsibilities
1. Drink preparation
? Skillfully mix various cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer needs and the drink list.
? Master the combination of different types of alcohol, juices, and seasonings to create unique flavors.
2. Customer service
? Warmly receive customers and provide professional drink suggestions to meet customers' special requirements.
? Interact with customers to create a pleasant bar atmosphere.
3. Bar management
? Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including the bar counter, barware, equipment, etc.
? Be responsible for beverage inventory management to ensure sufficient supply and freshness of beverages.
? Assist the manager in cost control and sales statistics.
II. Skill requirements
1. Professional knowledge
? Be familiar with various types of alcohol, bartending tools, and bartending techniques.
? Understand the origin, taste, characteristics, and pairing methods of alcohol.
2. Creativity
? Be able to design and innovate new cocktail recipes.
? Launch special drinks according to seasons, festivals, and customer needs.
3. Communication skills
? Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to understand their needs and provide satisfactory services.
4. Teamwork
? Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure the normal operation of the bar.
? Assist colleagues in completing various tasks.
III. Working environment
1. Working hours
? Usually work at night and on weekends. The working hours are long and irregular.
