財務(wù)出納
Office Locations: Beijing / Shanghai / Shenyang / Chengdu / Xi’an / Zhuhai
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for cash receipts and disbursements, bank deposits and withdrawals, and the organization and safekeeping of bills to ensure the security of funds and the accuracy of accounts.
2. Processes vendor bills, verifies and pays accounts payable, and maintains related records in a timely manner.
3. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, providing financial status reports and assisting the Finance Manager in financial management.
4. Communicate financially with banks, vendors and customers to resolve related issues.
5. Assist the Finance Manager with other related tasks.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting or related majors.
2. At least 2 years working experience in financial cashier, familiar with financial process and related regulations.
3. Familiar with commonly used financial software and possess skilled operation skills.
4. Have good teamwork spirit.
5. Work conscientiously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility, able to complete work tasks independently.
