· Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review · 分析酒店整體的和各部門的培訓需求,針對需求制定策略,用培訓業務計劃書的形式呈交給總經理和行政委員會審閱。 · Familiarize yourself with the IHG HR and Training Standards, localizing where necessary · 使自己了解洲際酒店集團人力資源和培訓的規范,必要之處進行本地化處理。 · Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following: · 確保在以下方面有效的執行培訓計劃: o New Employee Orientation o 新員工入職 o Train the Trainer o 培訓培訓師 o Customer Service Training o 賓客服務培訓 o Technical job specific training (through certification of departmental standards and procedures) o 技術性職位的專門培訓(部門規范程序證書) o Supervisory Skills Training o 監督管理技能培訓 o Management Development o 管理層發展 o Fire, Life and Safety Training o 消防和生命安全培訓 o Selling Skills o 銷售技巧 o Employee retraining o 員工再培訓 · Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved · 監督每個部門培訓業務計劃的進展,確保實現培訓目標。 · Maintains all hotel training records · 保存酒店全部的培訓記錄。 · Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development · 建立培訓圖書館,配備書籍,錄像,記錄和視聽資料來協助培訓師的培訓計劃以及員工的個人發展。 · Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective · 與部門領導一起設計、制定和執行能夠符合具體的部門要求的培訓計劃,確保培訓課程方案的制定,以及培訓的有效性。 · Attend departmental training session and critique performance · 參加部門的培訓課程,評估表現。 · Use IHG benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly.
