BASIC FUNCTION基本職責(zé)
Responsible for the duties and activities of Security Guards during the shift and to ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.
負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)當(dāng)班保安員保安的工作,確保酒店的既定工作程序和巡視工作的正確執(zhí)行。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé)和義務(wù)
1. Supervise the security departmental operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety of guests and associates.
指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督本部的運(yùn)作,確定保衛(wèi)巡視的正確執(zhí)行,確保對(duì)客人和同事施實(shí)安全保衛(wèi)工作。
2. Responsible for checking all fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as hand held chemical extinguishers etc.)
負(fù)責(zé)檢查消防和生命安全設(shè)備的使用壽命。(例如手持式化學(xué)滅火器等等)
3. Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by security guards as they record them during their patrols.
確保保安員將巡視記錄中的維修問(wèn)題及時(shí)報(bào)告給物業(yè)部。
4. Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.
在員工進(jìn)出酒店時(shí)對(duì)其包裹進(jìn)行隨機(jī)的檢查。遵循酒店財(cái)物管理的原則,在未得到特許的情況下嚴(yán)禁酒店財(cái)物外流。
1. Provide escort services for associates carrying cash, where required.
如有需要,應(yīng)對(duì)攜帶大量現(xiàn)金的同事提供護(hù)送服務(wù)。
2. Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering or are present for other reasons.
在酒店的出入口安排外圍巡視點(diǎn),以確保在酒店周圍無(wú)閑雜人等。
3. Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety and security practices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient.
對(duì)酒店進(jìn)行隨機(jī)檢查,以保證酒店內(nèi)安全保衛(wèi)措施的實(shí)行,如防火門(mén)的通暢,水龍帶門(mén)前無(wú)設(shè)備堆放,各貨物堆放區(qū)間的清潔和和噴淋頭的充足等等。
4. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ń鉀Q客人投訴。通過(guò)與客人交流,建立起友好、信任和滿意的對(duì)客關(guān)系。
5. Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防緊急措施。
6. Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以積極專業(yè)的態(tài)度與酒店內(nèi)部各部門(mén)同事溝通建立起良好的工作關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神保證有效的雙向交流。
7. Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department
執(zhí)行上級(jí)及部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人要求的其他工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. Thorough knowledge of hotel operations relating to Security
掌握與酒店相關(guān)的保安部工作程序
2. Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems and equipment
了解有關(guān)酒店消防、安全系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備的知識(shí)
3. Minimum 5 years in supervisory Security position.
至少有5年從事保安主管工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
