文控助理
工作目的
Receiving, checking, filling, process and archive documents in Document service to MOCs and manufacturing facilities request.
Ensure proper document management and release according to company process and procedure, including system documents and program related documents.
Manage library and ensure it meet with government request.
工作維度
Managed 20000+ Documents annually.
Key relations: MF record focal points, CSAS, IT etc
工作職責
1.Receipt of Original Design Database from Engineering/ Construction Team.
2.Check database for accuracy, process onto the Project Management System (Document).
3.Issue Copies where relevant internally for Review and implement via transmittal, which is used for traceability purposes.
4.Revise and maintain the database when necessary, supersede historical information.
5.File and archive where necessary (both electronic copies and hard copies).
6.Receipt MF document and issue to EMDS, including plant monthly report, WI, Inspection and procedures, MOC, PFSR etc.
7.Manage EPCm work order, including record, checking and monthly status report.
8.Archive all historical information in system or archive boxes, sequentially number and logged onto a register.
9.Receipt of Vendor data, issued documentation to relevant engineers for review.
10.Follow the requirements of Document Control Process as detailed in the Project Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
11.Tracking project material with warehouse.
12.Manage Assai system and endorse new account application.
13.Manage CSPC library (C1 and C2).
14.Support PC/C3 project documents if any.
15.Monthly Working Reporting to Head.
任職要求:
1.Educational background:
?Preferably Degree in engineering, Computer Science or Library. College Diploma with adequate relevant experience would be considered.
2.Work experience:
?Prefer 5 years’ or above experience in document management preferably in oil & gas or petrochemicals industries.
3.Language proficiency:
?Have ability or potential to use English as the working language.
4.PC skills:
?Proficient in PC skills.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office

CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Co., Ltd.(中海殼牌)
CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company(CSPC) Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company on 28 December 2000. It has built and now operates a USD4.1 billion world-scale petrochemicals complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou, Guangdong. It is one of the largest capital investments for a Sino-foreign joint venture project to date in the People’s Republic of China. In 2016 agreement was reached between the partners to expand CSPC more than doubling the production capacity with the addition of a 1.2 Million Ton/Year Ethylene per year creating an additional 4.0 Million Tons/Year of petrochemical products(C2).The partners are Shell Nanhai B.V., a member of the Royal Dutch Shell, with a 50 per cent stake, and CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Company Limited(CPIL), also with 50 per cent. CPIL is owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)(90%) and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group Company Limited(10%).The CSPC petrochemicals complex incorporates the world’s most advanced technologies and utilizes modern management systems and international standards in the design, construction and operation of the complex. Its adoption of 13 patents through international bidding ensures it operates on the cutting edge of technology. The majority of its process units are world-scale. Additionally CSPC applies the principles of sustainable development throughout the design, construction and operation of the complex, demonstrating its strong commitment to the community and the environment.
