The Branch HR Manager is the HR business partner to Branch General Manager to implement HR programs in line with business goals and provide advice, consultation and operational support to the managers and employees.

- Implement HR policy, guideline, tools etc. in the branch 在分公司實施人力資源政策、指南、工具等
- Implement standard HR programs effectively 有效實施標(biāo)準化的人力資源項目
- Plan branch workforce in advance and allocate resources 提前規(guī)劃分公司的人力資源,并分配資源
- Manage daily HR Administration such as Staffing, training, payroll data, performance and development review, employee relations 管理日常人力資源行政工作,如招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪酬數(shù)據(jù)、績效與發(fā)展評估以及員工關(guān)系。
- Advocate for safety and compliance culture build-up and provide active support 倡導(dǎo)安全與合規(guī)文化的建設(shè),并提供積極支持
資歷與經(jīng)驗
- HR Management HR管理經(jīng)驗
- Excellent communication skills 出色的溝通能力
- HR functional knowledge HR 人力資源專業(yè)知識
- Business or E&E experience would be a plus 具備電扶梯行業(yè)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
- Bachelor and above 本科及以上學(xué)歷
