GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES(主要工作職責)
1. 與客戶及上海技術中心(FMSH)保持密切溝通,參與產品早期開發階段,確保經驗教訓的有效反饋與設計優化
Maintain communication with customers and FMSH, participate in advanced product development phases to ensure lessons learned are effectively shared for design optimization
2. 根據公司分階段評審流程的要求以及客戶和行業標準(IATF 16949, VDA RGA, APQP, ANPQP等)的指導方針領導項目。
Leadership of projects within the guidelines of the requirements of PT’s phased gate review process as well as customer and industry standards (IATF 16949, VDA RGA, APQP, ANPQP, etc.).
3. 在項目運行中進行前瞻性風險評估和管理,并實施風險緩解措施,例如風險行動計劃(RAP),及時向經理匯報項目導入的進展和風險情況,并參與或組織項目階段性評估會議和問題解決。
Conduct proactive risk assessment and management in running projects, and implementation of risk mitigation measures, such as Risk Action Plan (RAP). Report the progress and risk of project launch to Manager regularly. Participate or lead the projects review meeting and problem solving
4. 與銷售、應用工程、質量(QMT)、供應鏈、制造、物流等部門協同工作,建立項目工作包的團隊責任矩陣
Establish RACI matrix with Sales, Application Engineering, QMT, SCM, Manufacturing & Logistics for project work packages
5. 與供應商合作,確保樣品和預生產的材料,工具等按照規格和約定的時間接收。
Work with suppliers to ensure reception of materials, tools etc. for sample and pre-production builds in accordance with specifications and agreed timings.
6. 統籌工廠生產計劃與客戶接收端的供需匹配,實現項目定制化需求。
Align manufacturing schedules with customer receiving plans to fulfill customized program requirements
7. 領導項目范圍內的變更管理。在項目團隊和相關利益相關者的批準下,啟動變更管理流程,并考慮變更對成本、質量和時間的影響。
Leadership of change management in the scope of the projects. Activate the change management process and consider the effect of changes on cost, quality and timing with approval of the project team and appropriate stakeholders.
8. 確保客戶特殊要求(CSR)的完整落實,嚴格監控項目導入階段的成本/時間/質量(CTQ)指標,按節點完成審批流程。
Ensure Customer Specific Requirements fulfillment, monitor Cost-Time-Quality metrics during program launch, and complete gate approvals
9. 在給定任務范圍內管理項目優先級,并與相關利益相關者溝通。
Manage project prioritization within the scope of given tasks and communicate to the relevant stakeholders
10. 參與公司及部門目前體系流程的持續改進,促進團隊成員工作效率的不斷提升。
Contribute on company and department related procedure improvement and continuously increase the efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS(職位要求):
1. 機械工程/相關專業本科以上學歷(有汽車行業經驗者優先)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (automotive experience preferred)
2. 英語CET-4及以上,具備工作場景聽說讀寫能力
CET-4 or above with business English proficiency
3. 精通AutoCAD/MS Project,掌握IATF 16949/APQP/VDA流程,熟悉FMEA/魚骨圖/8D/問題解決等質量工具
Expertise in AutoCAD/MS Project, IATF 16949 frameworks, and quality tools (FMEA, fishbone,8D, etc.)
4. 全面了解項目管理系統和工具,并熟悉產品生命周期管理(PLM)。
Thorough knowledge of Project Management systems and tools, good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is preferred.
5. 能夠承受工作壓力, 良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神
Under high work pressure and good at communication with teamwork spirit.
