汽車零件裝配懸架系統裝配設計工裝設計工裝設備
We are looking for a Process Engineer for Suspension Product Line for our Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai.
Your tasks:
- Plan and implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
- Plan and implement new assembly lines and back-up processes with regards to required equipment, tooling & spare parts. Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterize. Establish work plan, line layout, technical machine specification, back-up plans.
- Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterization.
- Take leadership during project installation phases.
- Take responsibility of supplier monitoring.
- Best practice share, develop improvements and innovations approaches.
- Working experience: Min. 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations. Experienced in project management. Torque & Press tool parameterization capabilities. Profound analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to understand technical processes and parameterize them.
- Good Mechanical & Electrical technical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
- Prefer to be fluent in Oral and writing English.
