商用車駕駛性測試轉向標定
Responsibilities 職責
· Issuing release for the steering system in the vehicle.
· 負責轉向系統釋放的車輛測試。
· Distribution of a level release from steering in vehicle.
· 負責轉向系統等級釋放時的車輛測試。
· Qualification and evaluation of the steering system in the destination vehicle under real conditions.
· 在實際條件下對目標車輛中的轉向系統進行鑒定和評估。
· Vehicle driving and testing according to test procedures on customer vehicles or Bosch vehicles.
· 在客戶車輛或博世車輛上根據試驗程序進行車輛駕駛和測試。
·Performing of tests at customers and Bosch test facilities, bench & vehicle, coordination of the steering performance in cooperation with the development team.
· 根據測試要求，配合研發團隊使用客戶或博世的設備、試驗臺搭建測試系統，評估轉向系統性能。
· Responsible for data collection, collation and analysis, and feedback the results to the project manager or customer.
· 負責數據的采集，整理和分析，并將結果反饋給項目經理或客戶。
·Collect data from development vehicles, feedback system behaviours and provide solutions, creation of the maneuver catalogue for the vehicle test, execution of reviews (maneuver catalogue, design).
· 開發車輛數據采集，反饋系統測試結果并提供解決方案，制定試驗方法步驟及標準，并主導標準的討論。
· Service of testing and measuring systems.
· 保證測試系統和測量系統的穩定運行。
· Survey market of measuring and testing systems for new technology.
· 負責測量系統和測試系統的市場調研。
· Basic maintenance of Bosch vehicles and test systems.
· 博世車輛及測試系統的基本維護。
· Documentation of requirements, tests, reports, approvals in system.
· 負責書寫測試需求，報告，批準及存檔。
· Collaboration with German experts.
· 與德國專家協同工作。
· Where required, give assistance to other engineers in the department.
· 在需要時，協助部門的其他工程師。
Qualifications & Requirements
任職資格及要求
- Education學歷
· Bachelor Degree or above in automotive electronics or vehicle engineering.
· 學士學位及以上，汽車電子或車輛工程等相關專業。
- Experience工作經驗
· Min. 3 years of working experience in automotive industry and worked on any of the electric vehicle system components or EPS system preferred.
· 至少3年在汽車行業及任一汽車電子電器系統及零部件，或電動轉向系統經驗者優先。
· Good knowledge and experience in sensor and measuring system build.
· 熟悉傳感器技術及測量系統搭建。
· Good knowledge and experience in commercial vehicle mechanical and electrical structure.
· 熟悉商用車機械和電控部分結構。
· Good knowledge in vehicle driving and testing.
· 有車輛測試和駕駛培訓經驗者優先。
· Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred.
· 具有跨國企業工作經驗者優先。
· Great passion for vehicle driving and test.
· 對汽車駕駛和測試技術充滿激情。
- Skills 技能
· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal.
· 良好的英語及普通話書面及口語交流技能。
· Knowledge of German language desirable.
· 具有德語能力者更佳。
· Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team.
· 有很強的人際交往能力，能在多樣化團隊中工作。
· Ability to work and deliver under pressure at the customer’s site.
· 能夠在客戶現場壓力下工作。
· Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions.
· 能夠遵循既定的程序，慣例和指示。
· Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· 良好的計算機及辦公軟件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 應用能力。
· Driver license required.
· 有駕駛證，具備一定的駕駛技能。

· 能夠靈活安排工作及出差（國內/國際），工作地在濟南。
· Able to work overtime if necessary.
· 必要時能夠加班。
· Based in Jinan is preferred.
· 長住濟南者優先。
· Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take necessary actions to facilitate solutions.
· 出現意見不合或其他問題時能夠以積極的態度應對，并采取行動積極配合以促進問題的解決。
