JOB PURPOSE:
1、Support RM and field force
給予大區經理和一線推廣團隊支持
2、Communicate as a bridge between local field force and related departments or persons for information.
作為本地一線推廣團隊和相關部門間的溝通橋梁或信息聯絡人。
3、Support internal meeting and team
支持內部會務及活動。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assist RM in administrative work as

2、Organize the periodic meeting in the region
組織該地區定期召開會議
3、Filing
文件歸檔
4、Coordinate and support for the office administrative work when necessary
必要時協調并支持辦公行政工作
5、Assist Field force
協助一線推廣
6、Collect documents required by FE and sales management team from regional field people in provinces
從各省的地區推廣人員處收集FE報表及銷售管理團隊需要提供的相關報表。
7、83Filling in expenses accrue and liquidation into an appointed spreadsheet according to Finance request.
按照財務要求,將費用預提和清算明細填入指定的電子表。
8、 Help and follow up recruitment within Region and pass the documents precisely.
為區域的招聘工作提供幫助并予以跟進,確保相關文件準確無誤傳遞。
9、Coordinate with Area field force with the respective depts. when necessary, i.e. with Finance, marketing department for expenses, seminar and etc.
必要時協助大區推廣同事與相關部門溝通,如財務、市場費用開支、研討會等事宜。
10、 Internal meeting Support: (20%)

11、Work with events management team members to provide logistic support for annual kick off meeting implementation.
與相關會務管理團隊協作為年會的現場執行提供后勤支持。
12、Organize, coordinate and implement the internal biz monthly/quarterly meeting and team building activities.
組織,協商并執行本區域相關的內部會議及團隊活動。
Education:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
學士學位或以上。
Experience &knowledge:
1、At least 4 years’ experience in sales administration in pharmaceutical or related industry.
至少有四年的制藥或相關行業類似職位的從業經驗。
2、Enthusiastic and responsible attitude toward works.
工作態度熱情、有責任感。
3、Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
良好的組織能力,關注細節。
4、Professional capability of data-analytics and reporting consolidation.
良好的數據分析能力和匯報報告整合能力。
