崗位職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Responsible for the formulation and implementation supervision of inspection standards/inspection procedures/operation standards in daily process, and leading the handling of abnormal process;
?Responsible for statistical analysis of process data, leading process quality improvement and reducing process scrap;
?Responsible for organizing quality, production, and process improvement and optimization of products in response to customer complaints;
?Responsible for handling customer complaints and quality issues, developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures to ensure that problems do not occur again;
?Responsible for customer complaints and expired parts daily collection, analysis, and feedback, Summary of feedback on quality issues, Making an 8D report;
?Be responsible for the physical and accounting treatment of returned products for inspection/judgment/warehousing, scrap, rework;
?Responsible for area weekly report/ monthly report / year report complaints information collect, summarize and report preparation;
?After service parts analysis/improvement and statistics;
?Take lead customer audit process;
?Inspector job placement/skill training/ability enhancement;
?Complete other work assigned by leader;
?Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.
主要職責(zé)
?負(fù)責(zé)日常過程中的檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/檢驗流程/操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定及實施監(jiān)督,及過程異常時的主導(dǎo)處理;
?負(fù)責(zé)對過程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,主導(dǎo)過程質(zhì)量改進(jìn),降低過程報廢;
?負(fù)責(zé)組織質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)及工藝針對客戶抱怨問題做好產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化工作;
?負(fù)責(zé)處理客戶投訴和質(zhì)量問題,制定和實施糾正措施和預(yù)防措施,確保問題不再發(fā)生。
?負(fù)責(zé)客戶抱怨和失效件的日常收集.分析和反饋,質(zhì)量問題的反饋匯總,制作8D報告;
?負(fù)責(zé)對退貨產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗/判定/入庫、報廢、返工的實物及賬務(wù)處理。
?負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域周報/月報/年報投訴信息的收集、匯總和報告編制;
?進(jìn)行售后服務(wù)零件分析/改進(jìn)和統(tǒng)計;
?客戶審核的主導(dǎo)和陪審;
?檢查員工作安排/技能培訓(xùn)/能力提升;
?完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作;
?配合公司需要,隨時承擔(dān)公司委派的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
?Bachelor or above;
?Major in mechanical or related;
?Five years automotive industry experience in Customer communication and cooperation;
?Practical skill in the application of five core tools in the automotive industry;
?Be familiar with quality tools and TS 16949 system.
?Experienced in office software(Microsoft, SAP etc.);
?Practical skill in the use of internal audit methods;

?機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)
?五年汽車行業(yè)客戶溝通與合作經(jīng)驗;
?汽車行業(yè)應(yīng)用五大核心工具的實際技能;
?熟悉掌握質(zhì)量工具和TS 16949體系。
?有辦公軟件(Excel、Word、PPT、SAP等)經(jīng)驗;
?使用內(nèi)部審核方法的實際技能;
