倉庫管理叉車證K3操作汽車零部件
PRIMARY FUNCTION 首要職責:
1 According to the principle of first in first out of the warehouse, manage and arrange the goods in and out of the warehouse, ensure the account, material and card match. 依據先進先出的倉儲原則，管理整理進出庫貨物，確保帳、物、卡相符.
2 Check the goods receipt and check the goods.核對貨物的入庫憑證，清點入庫貨物.
3 Arrange storage location, registration and custody accounts and numbering.安排貨物的存放地點，登記保管賬和貨位編號.
4 Be responsible for all the required materials of the company.負責公司生產部所需物料的發放工作.
5 Be responsible for 5S management and product identification and traceability management.負責5S管理及產品標識及可追溯性管理.
6 Other tasks assigned by the department.其它部門臨時交辦的工作事項.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本職責:
A. Reported missing materials.材料報缺.
● For the single use of materials on the basis of the actual reported missing in the library and requisition number.對于工單使用材料依據實際在庫數量進行報缺.
B. Material acceptance.材料驗收.
● According to the supplier to send invoice information for incoming inventory, inventory at the end of the delivery order to K3 system to print the same amount of material acceptance notice.依據供應商送貨單信息對來料進行清點，清點結束后將送貨單交由倉庫領班在K3系統里打印《收料通知請檢單》.
C. Material storage.材料保管.
● According to the category of materials for materials storage, pay attention to the material clean, stacking mode based on the principle of light weight placed.按照物料的類別對材料進行存放，注意材料的整潔，堆垛方式依據上輕下重的原則放置.
● For materials with special requirements, immediately after the inspection into the constant temperature warehouse.對于有特殊要求的材料，檢驗合格后立即放入恒溫倉庫.
● For substandard materials, placed in the designated area of the bad storage control area, the relevant departments to deal with the treatment plan.對于不合格材料，放置在倉儲指定的不良品控制區，待相關部門給出處理方案后進行處理.
● About access to library materials, timely login the K3 system, ensure the timeliness of data on account of library materials, Card synchronization with the system.關于進出庫材料，及時登錄K3系統，保證在庫材料數據的及時性，確保賬.物.卡與系統同步進行.
D. Inventory.盤點.
● Warehouse should be in the material database of regular or irregular inventory, to ensure that in the actual number of library materials, and the amount of inventory records computer check, inventory overage, shortage and the reasons for the number of identified, according to the actual inventory adjusted.倉庫應該對在庫材料進行定期或不定期清查，確保在庫材料的實際數量，并與電腦中記錄的的結存量核對，查明存貨盤盈、盤虧的數量及原因，依據實際庫存進行調整.
● Check the stock inventory of alteration materials every day.每天對原材料倉進、出有變動的原物料進行異動盤點
● Warehouse at the end of the month to cooperate with the financial inventory of a stock, and to provide the financial statements of the month and the receipt of the documents.倉庫月末要配合財務對存貨進行一次盤點，并提供當月財務所需要的報表及出入庫單據.
E. Daily business.日常事務.
● Constant temperature check.恒溫倉點檢.
● 6 s management.6S管理.
● Warehouse to the company to allow the use of special equipment for routine maintenance and maintenance.倉庫要對公司內部允許使用的特種設備進行日常維護及保養. ● Be responsible for 6S in warehouse area to ensure the smooth flow of safe passage.負責倉庫區域內的6S，保證安全通道的暢通.
● After work, close the doors and windows of the warehouse, and lock the door, and then close the power supply side of the warehouse.下班后關閉倉庫門窗及加鎖，關閉倉庫電源方可離開.
F. Others assignment as and when needed to support operation.分配的其他工作事項.
