Responsibilities:
職責:
○Involved in Grammer Production System (GPS) knowledge training and Lean Culture establishment;
負責格拉默生產系統(Grammer Production System,簡稱GPS)的培訓與推廣,普及精益生產知識,促進精益文化形成;
○Responsible for GPS Mandatories clause audit and able to help the responsible departments to improve no-passed items and achieve HQ’s KPI requirement;
負責GPS強制條款內審,針對不合格項,能夠協助各責任部門改善,并達成年度總部目標要求;
○Plant yearly cost reduction program management (P0): continuously follow the program status and combining with the KPIs, and be able to provide effective and corrective actions for any deviation;
工廠年度降本項目(P0)管理:持續跟蹤各項目最新進展狀況,結合KPI指標要求,針對異常項目,提供有效的糾正措施;
○Plant kaizen workshop management: continuously keep tracking of the program status, in view of kaizen difficulties, be able to provide necessary support by using lean tools;
工廠級重大改善項目管理:持續跟蹤各改善項目的完成進度,針對改善難點,能夠借助精益工具提供必要的技術支持;
○By virtue of value stream mapping, shop floor observation and KPI decomposition and other tools, able to identify any improvement opportunities and be responsible for kaizen program setting up and implementation;
借助價值流分析、現場觀察、KPI分解等方法,識別改善機會(如七大浪費等),立項并推進改善項目實施;
○Involved in plant 5S implementation;
負責工廠5S推行;
○Other assigned tasks by superior.
上級交辦的其他任務。
Job Specification / required skills:
工作要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering;
本科及以上學歷,機械工程、工業工程或物流工程等相關專業背景;
At least 3 years working experience at automotive or manufacturing industry;
至少3年以上在汽車或制造行業的相關工作經驗;
Be familiar with VSM, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM, and be able to using these tools for lean improvement;
熟悉運用價值流圖、看板、5S、SMED及TPM等精益工具實施精益改善;
Experience in logistics planning and cell layout design;
物流規劃及產線cell布局設計經驗;
Be good at Auto CAD Knowledge;
熟練使用AutoCAD軟件;
Be good in spoken and written English;
良好的英語溝通能力;
Six sigma knowledge are preferred;
六西格瑪相關知識更佳;
Able to work under pressure;
能在壓力下開展工作;
Excellent communication and inter-personal skill;
良好的溝通協調能力;
Team-worker spirit, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
