工作職責: Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the investigation of non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. 參與不符合項，客戶投訴和糾正/預(yù)防措施的調(diào)查。 6. Organize the company's quality culture construction, carry out quality month, quality training and other activities. 組織公司的質(zhì)量文化建設(shè)，開展質(zhì)量月，質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)等活動 7. Deal with quality problems from customer side, define and follow-up corrective actions and preventive actions. 處理客戶方的質(zhì)量問題，定義并跟進/實施糾正措施和預(yù)防措施 8. Drive quality improvements to meet customer expectations on product. 推動質(zhì)量改進，以滿足客戶對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求。 9. Organize quality meeting with related customers and stakeholders to share quality issues update periodically. 定期組織與客戶和相關(guān)方的會議分享更新質(zhì)量問題情況。 10. Complete other tasks assigned from line manager. 完成主管經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作。 錄用要求： Qualification and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Material，Refrigeration and English with more than 5 years’ work experience 本科學(xué)歷，機械，材料，制冷或者英語等相關(guān)專業(yè) 2. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 英語聽說讀寫能力 3. More than 8 years of experience in quality system management, familiar with ISO9001, TS6949 and other management systems. who has rich experience on quality culture establishment, system running, process optimization, customer audit and customer complaint handling. 8年以上質(zhì)量體系管理工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉ISO9001，TS6949 等管理體系。對質(zhì)量文化的建立，體系運行，流程優(yōu)化及客戶審核，客戶投訴處理有著豐富的經(jīng)驗。 4.
