You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries during project implementation and ensuring that customer requirements are seamlessly aligned with the company’s technical solutions. In addition to providing hands-on technical support, your strong English communication skills will be crucial in conveying complex concepts clearly and effectively to our clients. Manage the technical interface with overseas clients, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company’s product technical solutions. 2.
